- All of our plants are guaranteed to be free of defect and disease when you purchase them.
- Trees, shrubs, vines, perennials and indoor plants are guaranteed for ONE YEAR from date of purchase.
- All trees, shrubs and perennials must be planted into the ground and watered as needed for guarantee to apply!
- Extend our guarantee to TWO YEARS when you purchase our recommended Burnett's Planting Success Kit at the same time as your plants.
- Extend our guarantee to FIVE YEARS when get Burnett's to plant your trees and/or shrubs, use our Success Kit, recommended mulch and watering device.
- We limit our liability to the purchase price and one replacement per plant.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return on plants deemed damaged by sheer neglect, rodents, deer, snow or other force of nature.
- The only things we require to replace your plants is your register receipt and the plant itself.
What's NOT Covered...
- Annuals are NOT COVERED as they are only expected to live for one season.
- Purchasing trees, shrubs and perennials at a 30% discount or higher voids our guarantee, even if you purchase a success kit with them or have them planted by us.
Our Return Policy
- Hardgoods are returnable within 30 days of purchase if unopened or new condition with your register receipt.
